1.1. By selecting “Create new account” during registration, you (the “Customer”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. This action constitutes your binding agreement to comply with the Company’s rules, regulations, and Privacy Policy.

1.2. Dream.bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate these Terms and Conditions, along with associated rules, regulations, and the Privacy Policy, at any time without prior notice. Reasonable efforts will be made to notify Customers of material changes.

1.3. It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Dream.bet advises Customers to remain informed of all updates. All bets are recorded at the time of placement and are governed by the version of the Terms and Conditions then in effect.

1.4. The English version of these Terms and Conditions, and all related policies, shall prevail over any translated version. These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to Dream.bet.

2.1. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and are fully capable of assuming all responsibilities outlined herein. Dream.bet reserves the right to request valid proof of identity to verify age. The Company may suspend or terminate any account reasonably suspected of being used by a minor and shall void all associated transactions.

2.2. Customers must ensure that online gambling is legal in their jurisdiction. Accessing the website is prohibited if the Customer:

(a) Is located in a jurisdiction that prohibits gambling;

(b) Is a citizen or national of: Burma (Myanmar), North Korea, Iran, Russia, China, or the United States;

(c) Is a resident of: Afghanistan, Aruba, Australia, Austria, Barbados, Belarus, Bermuda, Bonaire, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Burma (Myanmar), Cameroon, Cayman Islands, China, Cuba, Curaçao, Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Eritrea, France and its Territories, Haiti, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Kosovo, Lebanon, Libya, Lithuania, Mali, the Netherlands and its Territories, North Korea, Pakistan, Palestine, Russian Federation, Saba, Somalia, South Sudan, Spain, St Maarten, Statia, Sudan, Syria, the United States and its dependencies, the United Kingdom, Venezuela, Western Sahara, Yemen, or Zimbabwe.

Dream.bet further reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse service to customers from any other jurisdictions.

2.3. The Customer further agrees that:

(a) It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable national and local laws prior to registering or placing bets. Dream.bet encourages seeking independent legal advice. The Company assumes no liability for any breach of such laws by the Customer.

2.4. Customers from prohibited jurisdictions are not permitted to use the Company’s services or products at any time.

2.5. Use of the website is at the Customer’s sole risk. The Customer acknowledges the possibility of financial loss from placed bets and accepts full responsibility for any such losses.

2.6. The Customer shall not represent themselves as an agent or affiliate of Dream.bet without prior written authorization. Marketing, advertising, promoting, or publicizing the Company without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

2.7. The Customer agrees not to attempt to hack, attack, make unauthorized alterations to, or introduce malicious code to the website. Furthermore, the Customer shall not:

(a) Reverse-engineer or decompile any website software;

(b) Copy, modify, distribute, or transmit any part of the website;

(c) Disclose account credentials to any third party;

(d) Engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive conduct toward Dream.bet.

2.8. Dream.bet reserves the right to suspend or freeze an account, void wagers, and withhold payments if a Customer fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as determined in the Company’s sole discretion.

2.9. The Customer is responsible for notifying Dream.bet of any errors in payments to or from the Company.

2.10. The Customer may not authorize any third party to use their account, place bets, or collect winnings on their behalf.

2.11. The Customer is solely responsible for reporting taxable winnings to the relevant authorities. Dream.bet bears no liability for the Customer’s failure to do so.

2.12. Dream.bet and its affiliates shall not be liable for any liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or legal fees incurred by the Customer.

3.1. Dream.bet may collect personal and confidential information from the moment the Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. This information may be used if the Customer utilizes Company products, services from partners, or third-party services (including payment processors and data verifiers) that enable gaming services. Collection is for statistical and service improvement purposes, not for harmful use. Acceptance of these Terms authorizes Dream.bet to send marketing and promotional SMS messages to the provided phone number. Message frequency may vary. Customers may opt out by contacting support.

3.1.1. The following individuals are prohibited from opening an account or engaging in gaming activity: professional or amateur athletes, sports managers, coaches, team owners, employees, referees, league officials, and members of their immediate families (including partner, parent, spouse, children, siblings). This prohibition extends to live dealer casino and slot games.

3.2. Registration requires accurate and current personal information. Providing false or outdated information may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.3. Dream.bet reserves the right to refuse registration of any potential Customer. Services and betting are available only to registered Customers within their account limits.

3.4. Dream.bet may require documentation (e.g., passport, bank statement, credit card copy) to verify identity or residency. Failure to provide requested documents may result in account blockage and withdrawal rejection.

3.5. Each Customer may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts may be closed, merged, or treated as a single joint account at the Company’s discretion. The Company may employ reasonable methods to detect duplicate accounts.

3.6. Registered Customers receive a username and password for personal use. The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of this information and must notify Dream.bet immediately of any security breach. Until notified, all activity conducted with valid credentials is deemed authorized.

3.7. The Customer must promptly inform Dream.bet of any suspected account misuse. The Company is not liable for delays in suspending an account. Bets placed prior to notification will be considered valid. Suspected misuse can be reported via the website’s “contact us” section.

3.8. Dream.bet may require password changes following a security breach. The Customer remains solely responsible for all account security measures.

3.9. Dream.bet may perform random security checks and request additional information to maintain security and protect Customer funds.

3.10. Accounts must be registered in the Customer’s own name with accurate details. Registration is permitted only once per person, household, email, payment account, IP address, and shared computer. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and associated bonuses and winnings voided. The Company may recover losses from any of the Customer’s accounts.

3.11. Duplicate accounts are identified by matching IP addresses, personal details, payment accounts, or site cookies with an existing account.

3.12. The Customer must regularly review their account balance and report any discrepancies within 30 days. Failure to do so forfeits any claim to adjustments. Discrepancies can be reported via the “contact us” section.

3.13. Dream.bet may close an account and withhold its balance without explanation if foul play is suspected. Properly placed outstanding bets will be honored.

3.14. An account closure request may be submitted via email to [email protected] no sooner than 90 days after the first successful deposit. Closure will be processed within 60 days. Upon closure, the Customer must cease using the website, and Dream.bet will not be liable for any subsequent voided bets.

3.15. Accounts inactive for 6 consecutive months may be terminated, with any balance forfeited.

3.16. Dream.bet reserves the right to review transaction records and logs at any time.

3.17. VIP membership may be offered or terminated at management’s discretion.

3.18. Non-recreational play or collusion may result in the revocation of winnings and bonuses.

3.19. Dream.bet may collect personal information as described upon acceptance of the Terms and Privacy Policy for service improvement purposes.

3.20. The Customer accepts all specific rules and terms applicable to each product used on the website.

3.21. The Customer is responsible for reporting winnings and losses to relevant authorities. Dream.bet assumes no tax liability.

3.22. This clause outlines the Self-Exclusion Policy. The Customer consents to and shall comply with its procedures.

3.22.1. Dream.bet will suspend or terminate an account within ten business days of receiving a valid Self-Exclusion request.

3.22.2. A request is valid only if it complies with the criteria in section 3.22.3.

3.22.3. Self-Exclusion requests must be sent to [email protected], specifying a clear request and a minimum duration of 24 hours.

3.22.4. The Customer remains responsible for all account activity until the Self-Exclusion is processed.

3.22.5. Dream.bet may investigate and classify the Customer as a Vulnerable Person, potentially resulting in account termination.

3.22.5.1. A “Vulnerable Person” is defined as an individual who:

(a) Is under 18 years of age;

(b) Lacks legal capacity;

(c) Exhibits clear signs of problematic gambling; or

(d) Is enrolled in a recognized problem gambling assistance program.

3.22.6. Self-Exclusion may be reversed upon compliant communication with the Operator.

3.22.7. Self-Exclusion is available only to existing account holders, as Curaçao does not maintain a national exclusion registry.

3.23. Accounts are non-transferable, non-sellable, and non-pledgeable. This includes any assets, winnings, deposits, or claims associated with the account.

4.1. Bets are accepted only from registered Customers via Dream.bet’s digital channels.

4.2. A bet is considered placed and accepted upon receipt by Dream.bet’s gaming server in its jurisdiction. Confirmation is provided through the website.

4.3. Successfully placed bets are confirmed electronically.

4.4. Incompletely transmitted bets are void.

4.5. Accepted bets cannot be altered or canceled by the Customer. Disputes must be notified to Dream.bet before the bet is finalized.

4.6. Electronic transactions are recorded. Disputes may be archived for future reference.

4.7. Dream.bet may suspend betting on any market without prior notice.

4.8. The Company may refuse or reject any bet suspected of causing damage or breaching these Terms.

4.9. Dream.bet is not liable for bet placement failures due to equipment or telecommunications issues.

4.10. The Company assumes no responsibility for bets placed in error.

4.11. Bets placed after a stated deadline are void.

4.12. Credit/debit card bets are valid only upon payment receipt. Bets placed prior to payment authorization are void.

4.13. A positive account balance is required to place bets. Otherwise, bets are void.

4.14. All displayed prices and lines are subject to change without notice. Dream.bet reserves the right to adjust or void bets accordingly.

4.15. Maximum bet limits vary by market and may be changed at Dream.bet’s discretion.

4.16. Identity verification may be required prior to withdrawal approval, per applicable law.

4.17. In-play information and scores are for guidance only and may be delayed.

5.1. Winnings and losses are reflected in the account following final result confirmation. Dream.bet reserves the right to determine the source of final results.

5.2. The Customer must report account errors. Funds credited in error must be returned, and Dream.bet may void related transactions.

5.3. Dream.bet is not liable for odds posting errors and may void affected bets to correct such errors.

5.4. The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from website errors.

5.5. Dream.bet is not responsible for breaches caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

5.6. The Company may withdraw the website or its elements at any time.

6.1. Dream.bet may restrict website use, suspend accounts, void bets, or withhold funds at its discretion. Customers in prohibited jurisdictions assume full responsibility for their actions.

6.2. The Company may void bets or withhold payments pending investigation of syndicate or fraudulent activity.

6.3. Fraudulent or money laundering activity may result in voided bets, forfeited funds, and account termination.

6.4. “Wrongdoings” include unauthorized fund transfers, false information, chip dumping, fraudulent transfers, or allowing minor access. Such acts may lead to account termination and investigation.

7.1. The following terms apply to the Online Casino:

7.1.1. This includes online casino, bingo, poker, progressive jackpots, live dealer games, scratch cards, TV games, virtual sports, and related software.

7.1.2. Dream.bet grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for gaming purposes.

7.1.2.1. The Customer shall not:

(a) Install software on a server or network device;

(b) Sub-license, assign, or distribute the software;

(c) Reverse-engineer or modify the software;

(d) Copy online documentation;

(e) Access or interfere with security systems.

7.1.2.2. The Customer does not own the software.

7.1.2.3. The software is provided “as is” without warranties.

7.1.2.4. Dream.bet is not liable for system viruses and may remove games accordingly.

7.1.2.5. Software use is at the Customer’s own risk.

7.1.2.6. Confidential software information must not be disclosed.

7.1.3. The Customer confirms understanding and acceptance of these Terms.

7.1.4. The Customer agrees to pay all due amounts and not to reverse payments, compensating Dream.bet for any unpaid sums.

7.1.5. Dream.bet’s decision on wagering disputes is final and binding.

7.1.6. Payouts may be withheld pending winner verification.

7.1.7. Suspected fraud or card counting may result in withheld payouts or withdrawals.

7.1.8. Bonus or promotion abuse may lead to withheld winnings.

7.2. Dream.bet is not liable for gambling activity if self-exclusion procedures are circumvented fraudulently.

7.3. Withdrawals:

7.3.1. Withdrawals are permitted only from eligible accounts.

7.3.2. Only legitimate, self-owned payment methods may be used.

7.3.3. Available withdrawal methods vary by market.

7.3.4. Processing fees may apply.

7.3.5. Dream.bet is not liable for delays caused by external financial institutions.

7.3.6. Withdrawal requests require a prior minimum deposit.

7.3.7. Balances are non-transferable. Withdrawal limits may change.

7.3.8. The general withdrawal limit is €5,000 (or equivalent) per 7-day period. VIP limits may differ.

7.3.9. Maximum daily winnings are capped at €100,000. Excess amounts may be deducted within 30 days.

7.3.10. Identity verification may delay withdrawals.

7.3.11. Multiple withdrawals within 30 days may incur up to an 8% fee.

7.3.12. A 5x rollover of deposits is required prior to withdrawal, counting settled sports bets at minimum odds of 1.6. Non-compliant withdrawals may be rejected or charged an 8% fee.

7.3.13. Dream.bet may reclaim winnings from fraudulent wagering patterns, such as bet stake doubling.

7.3.14. Withdrawals are remitted only to the original deposit source. The Company may specify the withdrawal method.

7.3.15. Pending withdrawal amounts remain in the available balance. If the balance falls below the withdrawal amount, the transaction may be cancelled after up to one hour.

7.3.16. Bonus funds or funds in aborted games are not withdrawable.

7.3.17. Erroneously credited winnings remain Company property and will be deducted. Withdrawn erroneous funds constitute a debt owed by the Customer.

7.3.18. Dream.bet may request identification documents, including proof of identity, address, and payment method ownership. Additional documentation may be required for AML/CFT compliance.

7.3.19. Transactions are monitored for money laundering. Suspicious activity will be reported, and accounts may be suspended.

7.3.20. Withdrawal requests will be approved or denied following internal review.

7.3.21. Withdrawals may be paid in installments without interest.

7.3.22. Dream.bet is not a banking institution, and no interest is paid on balances. Withdrawal fees may apply.

7.3.23. Deposits must be wagered 5x before withdrawal.

7.3.24. Verified customers with sufficient balance may request withdrawals at any time.

7.3.25. Bank charges for transfers are the Customer’s responsibility.

7.3.26. Insufficient play volume may result in passed-on charges, debited from the account.

7.3.27. Exchange rate abuse may lead to commission charges and account suspension.

7.3.28. Bets are limited to the account balance. Customer funds are held separately but are not held in trust.

7.4. Refund Policy

7.4.1. Card deposit withdrawals up to the deposited amount may be processed as refunds. Excess amounts are paid via alternative methods after verification.

7.4.2. Accounts posing security or legal risks may be terminated, with fees deducted and authorities notified.

7.4.3. Upon account closure, bonus funds are deducted before any refund is processed.

8.1. These terms govern all Sports and Casino promotions.

8.2. The English version prevails over any translation.

8.3. Real money is used first during promotions.

8.4. Dream.bet may limit promotion eligibility at its discretion.

8.5. Customers may only participate in one promotion per type (Sports/Casino) at a time.

8.6. Bonus codes must be entered upon deposit. Free spins expire after 7 days and must be used in the specified game.

8.7. Complimentary free spins may require a matching deposit and 5x wagering before withdrawal.

8.8. Dream.bet may review transactions and deduct winnings from accounts involved in non-recreational play, collusion, or bonus manipulation.

8.8.1. Casino bonus manipulation includes restricted bets, pattern changes to meet wagering, or bets exceeding €12 or 5% of the bonus.

8.8.2. Sports bonus manipulation includes restricted bets, opposite outcomes, repetitive bets, or pattern changes.

8.8.3. Winnings from bonus manipulation may be deducted.

8.8.4. Sports bonus funds are for sports betting only.

8.8.5. Casino bonus funds are for casino betting only.

8.8.6. Virtual sports bets do not count toward promotions.

8.9. Leaving a bonus campaign or failing to meet requirements forfeits bonus and associated winnings.

8.9.1. Default welcome casino bonuses are convertible up to 10x the bonus amount; reload bonuses up to 5x.

8.9.2. Withdrawals are not permitted with an active bonus.

8.10. Promotions are limited to one per person, household, IP, etc. Bonus abuse may result in account closure.

9.5. A bet is valid only upon confirmation and “Running” status in “My bets.”

9.6. Dream.bet may confirm only a portion of the requested amount.

9.7. Only offers confirmed by the Customer are executed.
